Cinecraft Academy of Film and Television is one of the pioneer institutes in Pune, to learn photography, cinematography, direction, acting, and many more courses related to filmmaking. The institute was founded by Mr. Milind Rokade, founder of two leading production houses, Silver Frames Production and Aakruti Productions. Both the production houses have contributed to numerous films, television series, advertising commercials, etc. For the last 17 years, Cinecraft Academy has been aiming to search for young talents and mold them into successful filmmakers and actors. Along with this, Cinecraft Academy is giving a practical platform for our students. ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

The Director of Cinecraft Academy of Film and Television, Mr. Milind Rokade is the helm of institute. With his rich experience of 17 years into the film and television industry, Mr. Milind Rokade is the guiding light for the students as well as staff members. Not only creatively but he is also academically rich in knowledge, he holds the MBA in Mass Communication, Advertising, and Human Resource. In addition to this, he has a degree in Animation. Qualified in Autodesk Training for Autodesk Smoke Flame and Lustre Mr. Milind Rokade is a giftedfilmmaker, script writer, editor and director. With his mastery at various facets of filmmaking, he is the proud owner of two production houses, Silver Frames Production and Aakruti Productions. Mr. Milind Rokade’s name is associated with huge companies like ZEE TV, Prime Focus, Pixion, etc. He has a quite impressive career where he directed few feature films and contributed in Oscar nominated movie, Delhi Safari. He is also connected with movies like Tees Maar Khan, F.A.L.T.U., Kaccha Nimbu, No One Killed Jessica, Dhoom and few of the South movies. Being the visionary entrepreneur, Milind Rokade is a perfectionist who brings a perfect blend of the table through his unparalleled creative expertise in media, marketing and film making. His impeccable management skills are helping Cinecraft Academy of Films and Television to move ahead in the right direction.

HEAD OF BUSINESS OPERATION

Head of Business Operation of Cinecraft Academy of Films and Television, Mrs.Smita Dange, has completed her Bachelors in Commerce with the specialization in HR and Marketing, from Belgium University. She is qualified and experienced Human Resource Professional as well as Academician. She has worked with multiple corporate and institutional academies in the field of management practices, which enhances her experience in this field, making her the most eligible person to head the academics of Cinecraft Academy. She made her entry into the film and television industry through Aakruti Productions and Silver Frame Productions in managing a diverse portfolio. As abusiness head of Cinecraft Academy, she ensures that quality education along with practical exposure is being provided to students. Her belief that ‘staff and faculties are pillars of the academy and they should be supported with appropriate opportunities for growth’ makes her loved and respected by employees and students. Her focus is to develop the business and admission by distributing the responsibilities, to ensure teamwork is happening. She also aims to secure, monitor and manage the department’s operational compliance, institute’s policies, procedures and all the relevant legislation in liaison with students, faculty, employees, offices, HR, finances and planning.
